Arriving to your appointment
Please arrive at the practise 15 minutes prior to your appointment to
allow time to take down your information.
Cancelling / neglecting to cancel an appointment
Please remember to always cancel your appointment in time if you are unable to attend for any reason. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. You can cancel by phone, email or text message.
It is important for us to know about a freed up appointment time as soon as possible, so that some one else may use it. For cancellations made on the same day we will charge 50% of the price. If an appointment has not been cancelled at all, we will charge the full amount.
Cancelling an operation
If you want to cancel an appointment for an operation, you must do so at least two weeks before the appointed time. In case of later cancellations we will charge 10% of the price of the operation to cover the cost of arrangements made for it.
Operations that have not been cancelled
For an operation that has not been cancelled at all, we will charge the customer 50% of the estimated costs.
If an appointment or operation has to be cancelled for medical reasons, the customer will not be charged.
